Where We Started
HydroBlossom began in 2020 as a quarantine project I started with my dad. We were experimenting with growing herbs and greens at home, partly out of curiosity and partly because we wanted better food. Over time, we kept improving the setup, figuring out how to grow efficiently and produce enough to share.
What began as a home project has grown into HydroBlossom: a small-scale hydroponic system that supplies local homes, restaurants, and community partners. We grow food close to where it’s eaten, pay attention to how it’s grown, and focus on making local farming sustainable.
